German to English marriage certificate translation

For immigration purposes, people are often required to translate their birth certificates or marriage certificates into English. Did you know they cannot do it themselves even if they know both languages? Well, these are the rules and that is the reason we get numerous translations of all kinds of certificates, diplomas and other identification documents required by the immigration authorities.

We are well aware of all the difficulties new immigrants are facing and we make sure they do not have to worry about the translation. For example, this time we had to provide a German to English translation of a marriage certificate. We had assigned an experienced German translator who had provided an accurate translation.

In order to make sure the immigration authorities accept the translation we added a page saying that the translator is fluent in German and English and that he is competent to perform the translation which is complete accurate.

We also made sure that the official seal in the original document was also translated into German and added to the translated text in the same format.
